Home to the first-ever HGTV Green Home, Tradition Hilton Head is a model of environmental responsibility. Set in the heart of the Lowcountry, this community features extensive biking and walking trails, gorgeously landscaped gardens, parks, and 5300 acres of lakes and woods. In the spirit of green living, Tradition will incorporate a Village Square, complete with a market, cafes and restaurants. Spring Island
Not far from Hilton Head, near the peaceful, quaint town of Beaufort, South Carolina, is Spring Island, a 3000-acre maritime sanctuary. Only 400 homes can be built on this island, which is surrounded by acres of marsh and waterways.
